As your landlord, Leazes Homes is governed by The Regulator of Social Housing, who oversees our operations and the services provided to you by our contracted housing manager, YHN. This is to make sure that your home remains as safe and comfortable as possible, and that you are treated fairly as a tenant.
From 4 December 2023 to 28 January 2024, we carried out our TSM survey and asked all of our tenants to tell us what they think of the services we offer and how satisfied they are with the service they get from us. The results of the survey are below:
