As your landlord, Leazes Homes is governed by The Regulator of Social Housing, who oversees our operations and the services provided to you by our contracted housing manager, YHN. This is to make sure that your home remains as safe and comfortable as possible, and that you are treated fairly as a tenant.
The Regulator of Social Housing has launched a new system for measuring how well landlords in England are doing at providing good quality homes and services and to understand how they can make improvements. These are the new Tenant Satisfaction Measures, which were introduced by the Government on 1st April 2023.
In relation to this, we want to give all our customers the chance to tell us what they think of the services we offer and how satisfied they are with the service they get from us. We’d love to know how happy you are with the condition of your home, how easy it is to contact us if you’ve got a problem and things like that.
We want to hear from as many people as possible, because our customers are the best people to tell us how we’re doing and where we can improve.
From Monday 4th December, all of our tenants will have the opportunity to give us this vital feedback via a survey that an organisation called Social Engine is delivering on our behalf. Depending on which contact details we hold for you, you may receive a text or email link to an online version, but everyone is being sent a paper copy in the post.
If you need help to fill in the survey, please speak to your scheme manager or housing officer and they’ll get you the relevant support.
As a thank you for taking part, we will be giving a £200 shopping voucher to the sender of the first survey we draw at random at the end of the survey – please see the terms and conditions of this competition here.
