Today we join Karbon Homes Group
We recently wrote to you, our tenants, to let everyone know that we’re becoming part of Karbon Homes Group.
We’re pleased that today (17 June) sees our partnership begin. We’ll continue to be your landlord and we’re keeping our name. The main difference for you will be that services currently delivered by YHN will be delivered by Karbon instead.
Karbon is a well-established housing association that owns and manages around 33,000 homes across the North of England, with a concentration of homes in Newcastle. It is focused on providing good quality homes, delivering excellent customer service and creating strong and sustainable places to live.
Our website has been updated with all the relevant information and links to enable you to access Karbon services. Karbon also recently wrote to you to tell you how to access their services. We’ve included copies of the leaflets below.
