Earlier this year, we shared with you that we were exploring Karbon providing services to our tenants on our behalf, in place of Your Homes Newcastle.
We recently asked tenants for their views on the proposed partnership, and we’d like to thank everyone who provided feedback through the different channels. Their comments have been central to our decision-making.
Following the consultation and our detailed checks, we’re delighted to announce that both ours and Karbon’s boards have agreed to form a partnership.
We’ll remain the landlord and keep the Leazes Homes name and brand, with Karbon providing management services for our tenants’ homes from Monday 17 June.
